Job Description: Outdoor Sales Representative
Position Overview:
As an Outdoor Sales Representative, your main role is to visit customers, provide technical expertise on our Automation & Control Systems, and contribute to achieving sales targets. You will build relationships with customers, ensure their satisfaction, and maximize sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Outdoor Sales Activities: Visit customers, offer technical guidance on our products, and understand their needs to recommend suitable solutions.
2. Visit Reports and Targets: Prepare visit reports, documenting customer interactions and potential sales opportunities. Aim to achieve a target of 400 visits per year.
3. Collaboration with Team: Work closely with our sales team to reach yearly sales targets. Share updates on customer accounts.
4. Account Management and Sales Reporting: Manage existing customer accounts, ensure satisfaction, and prepare sales reports for each customer.
5. Knowledge Sharing: Share success stories and sales achievements with the team.
Requirements:
- Customer and Sales Orientation: Strong focus on customer satisfaction and a passion for sales.
- Basic Knowledge of Automation & Control Systems: Familiarity with systems like Flow, Level, Pressure, Temperature, and Pneumatics is a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficient in both English and Arabic for effective communication.
- Valid Driving License: Essential for regular travel to customer sites.
- Customer Handling Experience: Experience in dealing with different types of customers and providing appropriate solutions.
- Excellent Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to negotiate and secure sales deals.
